Key Responsibilities
To thrive in this position, you will need to:
- Engage with 4 to 5 potential clients daily.
- Grow your accounts and territories by fostering customer success.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to identify new opportunities.
- Develop a strategic plan with the sales manager to meet your objectives.
Your Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Basic proficiency in email and Google Suite is necessary.
- Must pass a background check and maintain an excellent driving record.
- Experience with sales CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with sales experience in related industries are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Sales professionals will be responsible for cultivating, managing, and nurturing a client base within the commercial repair division.
- Develop new and maintain existing accounts within your portfolio.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain consistent communication and promote the services offered by the company.
- Participate in trade shows, expos, and marketing events to enhance Roofing USA's market presence.
- Generate leads for repair and service work through various methods including cold calling and networking.
- Utilize the CRM system daily for account management, scheduling, proposal creation, and tracking sales activities.
- Engage in sales meetings and training sessions, and pursue continuing education through manufacturer seminars and conferences.
- Provide necessary information and support to the operations team to ensure project success.
- Assist with account receivable tasks as directed by management.
