KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive installer sales performance with a focus on market potential.

Supervise the activities of team members assigned to the installer service counter, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the store manager to guarantee appropriate staffing levels for Installer Service Specialists, delivery experts, and support staff.

Optimize the routing of delivery personnel to enhance customer service while controlling costs.

Address and resolve commercial customer complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.

Ensure that delivery vehicles are maintained and serviced according to company protocols, including timely completion of quarterly inspections and accurate logging of daily mileage in the asset management system.

Work alongside Installer Service Specialists and store management to promptly report and rectify any inventory discrepancies.

Oversee the installer counter to deliver exceptional service to commercial accounts, collaborating effectively with sales specialists and territory sales managers as needed.

Ensure that all orders, including warranty parts and cores, are accurately billed before leaving the store and are properly staged.

Facilitate the timely pickup and crediting of customers' new, core, and warranty returns.

Conduct audits of installer returns to prevent warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging and labeling.

Assist the store manager and credit department in the collection of overdue accounts.

Provide feedback to the store manager regarding the performance evaluations of Installer Service Specialists and delivery personnel.

Utilize relevant company training programs to ensure all team members under your supervision complete necessary training courses.

Perform routine Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and driver's license audits on delivery specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

Proven experience as a leading technical parts specialist with a solid mechanical background.

Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:

Hands-on experience in automotive repairs.

ASE Certification.
