Job Responsibilities


Are you enthusiastic about fostering relationships with our retail partners? This position allows you to manage your own accounts, focusing on promoting products and promotions while demonstrating your merchandising expertise.

Become the Coca-Cola subject matter expert for retailers by overseeing all sales, merchandising, and inventory requirements.

You will have the chance to:

Implement commercial strategies for your clients on daily, pre-scheduled routes.
Utilize your communication skills (Listening, Speaking, and Writing)
Harness your competitive spirit daily.
Stock, merchandise, and rotate all beverage sections and displays in your assigned stores.
Handle all ordering aspects of the role. Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reduce shrinkage, and organize storage areas for inventory.
Be responsible for constructing all displays sold locally or through other agreements.
Provide guidance and communication to merchandisers and specialists supporting your territory during your days off.

The Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) is accountable for selling, ordering, and presenting products.

The BAM role entails selling new products and promotions, collaborating with clients to generate accurate product orders, ensuring commercial strategies are executed across their account base, and merchandising products and packages using safe handling practices while adhering to all quality standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Routes will service Mt. Pleasant, SC and surrounding areas.

Schedule: 5 consecutive days a week including weekends; shift: 5am - completion of the route

Potential interviews will be conducted at our branch in North Charleston, SC

Manage, sell, and execute in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-scheduled routes and generate sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure the day-to-day success of the operation and directly contribute to the financial performance of the company in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit
Implement applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial strategies to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers
Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
Organize and maintain back rooms by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out-of-date products to the branch
Create and distribute point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted. Rotate product. Fill and merchandise Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; check vendor to ensure proper operation
Develop business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and discussions about upcoming activities
Identify and communicate any competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business (i.e., pricing, new packaging, change in business strategy, etc.) and execute all job duties in a safe working manner

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Must possess effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail environment
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
Critical thinking skills
Secondary education beyond high school preferred
High initiative and eagerness to learn
Career-mindedness and a highly competitive nature

Minimum Qualifications
Valid in-state driver's license
Excellent driving history
Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage at no less than 50,000 per person/100,000 accident insurance per occurrence/50,000 property damage and 500 or less deductible effective from the first day of employment
High School Education / GED
