Position Summary

The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers to provide expert advice on our products and services. Utilizing your knowledge and skills, you will create a world-class sales and service experience while working under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically represent our products and services, showcasing and demonstrating their features to customers.

  • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position starts at $15.00, with the potential for total target compensation (including commission) of $22.69. Our sales compensation programs offer opportunities for significant earnings based on performance.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
