Position Title: Security Operations Manager

Job Overview:

The Security Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the implementation of the corporate security strategy and ensuring adherence to both organizational and client security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the security program, ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
  • Engage with personnel across various levels to guarantee alignment with security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct self-assessments and participate in both remote and in-person security audits.
  • Generate comprehensive documentation including reports, action plans, and security policies.
  • Manage multiple security profiles and respond to inquiries regarding facility security requirements.
  • Make informed security decisions regarding sensitive contracts and implement measures to safeguard access to facilities and information.
  • Provide clear direction to team members and suggest improvements to operational security policies.
  • Support project teams with security-related guidance and maintain oversight of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Oversee a team of security personnel, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with NATO security programs and assist in the preparation of proposals and contract finalizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years in a security management role.
  • Thorough understanding of security regulations and practices.
  • Experience with security management systems and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Industrial Security or related fields.
  • Experience with operational security planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of access control systems and security technologies.
