Position Overview: Security Bank & Trust Co. is in search of a seasoned professional to take on the role of Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) & Travel Security Program Manager. This pivotal position will be responsible for the establishment and oversight of our GSOC, as well as the execution and management of our travel security initiatives. This hybrid role is essential for safeguarding the assets, facilities, and personnel of Security Bank & Trust Co. across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise continuous global surveillance for security threats and incidents affecting the organization’s assets and personnel.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and technical specifications for security systems, including intrusion detection and video surveillance, to enhance GSOC operations.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of operators responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and coordinating incident response in accordance with established security protocols.
  • Design and manage quality assurance programs aimed at improving GSOC response capabilities.
  • Generate and automate comprehensive analytics and reporting on security incidents, trends, and their impact on business operations.
  • Coordinate the deployment of incident response resources, including internal security teams and external emergency services.
  • Establish guidelines for employees traveling under varying security conditions, including risk assessment, personnel tracking, and emergency preparedness.
  • Create and implement mandatory pre-travel security briefings tailored to specific destination risks.
  • Monitor global events and advisories during employee travel to identify and address emerging security needs.
  • Manage a 24/7 travel assistance contract to provide necessary medical and security support for traveling employees.
  • Deliver tailored briefings, intelligence reports, and tracking capabilities for employees and executives on international assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing a GSOC or travel security program.
  • Proven experience in overseeing global security operations and incident response.
  • Familiarity with travel risk management practices for employees operating internationally.
  • Ability to monitor and assess threats, deploying appropriate resources as necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills for training and briefing personnel at all levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for reporting on security incidents and trends.
  • Experience in establishing GSOC and physical security programs from inception.
  • Commitment to the mission of ensuring safe and secure operations.
  • Preferred qualifications may include:
  • Background in intelligence or military security operations.
  • Relevant certifications in security operations or risk management.
  • Experience with security technology integration.
  • Management of global security initiatives for large organizations.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $220,000 to $275,000.
