Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role as a Security Post Commander located in San Diego, CA. The Security Post Commander will be responsible for:
- Performing day/night site visits to inspect and supervise security officers
- Working with Operations Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with officers
- Visiting assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and make post inspections to ensure professional image and quality standards are being maintained
- Checking that Post Orders/manuals and all other post and training information is being properly maintained and updated, and that the post is being properly maintained, cleaned, and organized
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement
- Strong leadership, training, and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Valid driver's license and CA guard card
