Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

At Standard Process, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined territory by nurturing loyal customers and building new relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activity and analyze market data
  • Continuously develop and refine knowledge of whole-food nutritional supplements and their applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training and educational tools for healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the practitioner channel
  • Strong understanding of nutrition basics and sales principles
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
