Assistant Territory Field Manager

The Assistant Territory Field Manager is a key role within Stancil Painting and Drywall, responsible for supporting the Territory Field Manager in managing time and resources to ensure paint and drywall projects are completed on time.
This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Territory Field Manager with daily functions of paint and drywall processes
- Communicate information captured in the field to labor and other team members
- Manage daily labor schedules and timelines
- Effectively manage labor and materials on job sites
- Maintain relationships with construction managers of national builders in communities
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required
- Clear driving record to drive a company vehicle

- Individuals may need to ride or drive in a vehicle up to 2 or more hours at a time depending on position and job location
- Performing this job requires frequent use of hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must be able to sit, talk, hear, and stand frequently throughout the day
- Must be able to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl frequently
- Ability to climb up and down steps
- The position occasionally may require lifting heavy
Working Environment and Conditions:
- This position requires working in an outdoors environment
- Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions
