Vaco, a global talent and solutions provider, is assisting a publicly traded manufacturer in their search for a Senior Tax Analyst. This position is hybrid in the Wilmington, Delaware area. No relocation is available.

This role will report to a Senior Director and have heavy interaction with both the Domestic and International Tax organizations. High visibility due to the growth of company and several special projects around M&A and Tax Technology.

Ideal Candidate:

  • CPA a must, Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of ASC 740
  • Experience with complicated research on topics pertaining to both Domestic and International Tax issues
  • Heavy use of technology and understanding of data analysis

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
