Job Description

VIVOTEK USA Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join its financial team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of financial records, documents, and payments.
  • Maintain the Accounts Payable vendor master and perform material cost updates and cost simulations.
  • Prepare policies, reports, memoranda, and other written materials, as well as develop and maintain procedures and manuals.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed, including general ledger open account management and communication with Finance colleagues in Taiwan.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in A/P, General Ledger.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to manage workload priorities and deliverables on time.
  • Reliable and consistently meet expectations.
  • Proficient in clear and articulate communication, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled in navigating challenges with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Versatile in working autonomously or collaboratively as needed.
  • Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Additional Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is a favorable attribute.
  • Additional hours required during Month End Closing Day.
