About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative I. As a key member of our Marketing and Vehicle Ordering Processing Center (VOPC) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations, including productivity, accessibility, and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree or 2 years of college preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.
  • Strong customer handling skills and oral and written communication skills.
