We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Document customer contacts and interactions
  • Initiate outbound contacts as necessary
  • Provide online support for applications and systems
  • Utilize available resources to respond to internal and external customer inquiries
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Computer skills and ability to type
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience
