About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Identify and escalate customer issues to senior team members as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Savvy with the use of technology and software applications
