About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team at Percepta. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, public affairs, sales, or marketing.
Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Savvy with technology, software, and social media applications.
