Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Automotive Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Automotive Industry. As a key member of our Percepta team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior knowledge and expertise to clients through a social media application, phone, video chat, or online chat.
  • Teach and guide clients through innovative technological experiences, ensuring a strong loyalty to the program.
  • Research and resolve billing or payment issues, owning the member experience from start to finish.
  • Make decisions on whether to escalate or address issues, ensuring clients are delighted and eager to continue using the program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, public relations, public affairs, sales, marketing, customer service, or any combination thereof.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to sway opinions through verbal and/or written correspondence.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt communication style to fit the style of others.
