Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate responses to member inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Product and Service Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to members, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, and meeting monthly sales goals.
- Quality and Compliance: Maintain high quality standards in all aspects of work, adhering to credit union policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date on product and service offerings.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and previous customer service or sales experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong computer and technology skills.
- Availability: Ability to work a rotational Saturday, and attend weeks of paid training in Dearborn.
- Competitive Compensation: Starting rate of $18.50/hour, with opportunities for advancement and career growth.
