About the Role

This is a key position at Diverse Lynx LLC, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pre-production hardware program.

As a Hardware and Software Technical Operations Manager, you will oversee the receipt, inspection, and installation of hardware from multiple partners, as well as provide technical support to our engineering teams.

You will work closely with partner teams to install firmware and upgrades, debug/triage issues, and maintain lab infrastructure.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in inventory management and handling, as well as knowledge of CPU and server platforms, VMKernel, IO drivers, user space, monitor, VSAN, NSX, and performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee receipt, inspection, and installation of hardware from multiple partners
  • Provide technical support to engineering teams
  • Work with partner teams to install firmware and upgrades
  • Maintain lab infrastructure, including switches, racks, and infrastructure software

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and hardware management
  • Strong knowledge of CPU and server platforms, VMKernel, IO drivers, user space, monitor, VSAN, NSX, and performance teams
  • Experience with inventory management and handling
  • Ability to work in a high-touch unstable hardware/software environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
