About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Hardware Specialist to provide enterprise-level support for HPE systems in Bluffdale, UT. This on-site role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide break-fix hardware support for enterprise systems, primarily consisting of HPE products such as ProLiant ML, DL, BL series; Apollo 2000, 4200, 6500; Cray XC, EX, E1000 & SGI.
  • Handle hardware installation, configuration, proactive maintenance, and repair tasks, coordinating with ASM on technical deliverables.
  • Analyze and resolve technical incidents independently, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and effectively communicating with HPE to address concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze data, proactively identifying potential escalations and recommending solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Apply HPE solutions to moderately complex customer issues, balancing internal and external requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services that align with customer needs and contribute to future revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred or Associate degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site, Monday through Friday, at the customer site in Bluffdale, UT.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
