Technical Support Professional

Job Summary:
This IT support specialist role provides advanced technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, including installations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers.
- Installs hardware and software on workstations.
- Utilizes ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.
- Troubleshoots Active Directory, Office 365, and Outlook issues.
- Creates and manages technical documentation.
- Re-images computers, performs data migrations, and conducts remote problem-solving.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Windows troubleshooting.
- 2-3 years of experience with iOS highly desired.
- Basic system administration background.
- 3+ years of experience with Active Directory.
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server.
- Knowledge of hardware components, configurations, and software implementation.
- Knowledge of cloud-based content management systems (Slack, Box, Teams).
- Ability to install and deploy Windows and Apple-based computers.
- Excellent documentation and customer service skills.
This is a hybrid remote role, with 1-2 days per week on-site at the company's office.
