Job Summary:

This IT support specialist role provides advanced technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, including installations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers.
  • Installs hardware and software on workstations.
  • Utilizes ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.
  • Troubleshoots Active Directory, Office 365, and Outlook issues.
  • Creates and manages technical documentation.
  • Re-images computers, performs data migrations, and conducts remote problem-solving.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Windows troubleshooting.
  • 2-3 years of experience with iOS highly desired.
  • Basic system administration background.
  • 3+ years of experience with Active Directory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server.
  • Knowledge of hardware components, configurations, and software implementation.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based content management systems (Slack, Box, Teams).
  • Ability to install and deploy Windows and Apple-based computers.
  • Excellent documentation and customer service skills.

This is a hybrid remote role, with 1-2 days per week on-site at the company's office.
