Job Title: Electronics Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our team at Siemens Digital Industries Software. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex electronic systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and verification, with experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Tcl/TK, and Perl. They will also have a good understanding of object-oriented concepts and HDL-based digital logic design.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $32.69 and $58.84 per hour, with the possibility of earning incentive compensation based on performance.

About the Role
  • Design, develop, and test complex electronic systems using digital design tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality test benches and verification environments using UVM/OVM/AVM methodology.
  • Work closely with engineers to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Tcl/TK, and Perl.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented concepts and HDL-based digital logic design.
  • Experience with HDL-based, register-transfer-level (RTL), digital logic design, verification languages, and functional verification methodology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
