Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team at Children's Therapy Place. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, staff, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing client files, and coordinating with therapists and client families.
  • Manage client payments, including deductibles and copays, and coordinate with our accounting team for processing.
  • Coordinate reception team meetings and communicate with management, therapists, and client families as needed.
  • Audit physician orders and coordinate renewals as needed.
  • Coordinate Medicaid eligibility checks on a monthly basis.
  • Close and discharge client files and prepare for archiving.
  • Participate in departmental collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, clients, family members, and other facility personnel.
  • Regular attendance is required and essential for successful department performance.
  • Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
