Job Summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in either Boise or Caldwell, ID. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and return phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Manage office communications via email and phone, ensuring prompt and effective responses
  • Assist with maintaining patient records using our electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless office operations and exceptional patient care

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience with EMR systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Preferred experience in medical or behavioral health settings
  • Outgoing personality and ability to work well in a team
