Job Summary:

The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the branch manager in managing and coordinating activities of the sales, shipping, receiving, delivery, and credit and returns processes in the warehouse while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the branch manager in overseeing the local procurement of goods and services required to effectively run the branch.
  • Supervise sales and warehouse personnel, including preparing work schedules, expediting workflow, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Recommend staffing needs and job changes as appropriate.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations or sales management in a wholesale distribution environment.
  • Proven background in sound financial management and sales skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet set deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
