Job Title: Strategic Account Representative

Westlake Services, LLC is a leading auto finance company seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Strategic Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our dealer partners, promoting Westlake's value and expertise in the origination and servicing of direct consumer loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Strategic Franchise Dealerships.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you.
  • Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Strategic Franchise Dealerships.
  • Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Strategic Franchise Dealer communities.
  • Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred).
  • 1-2 years previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
  • Clear and effective presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology.
  • Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.
  • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly position, $17.28/hr + performance-based commissions and bonuses.
  • 6 month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 per month + commission and bonuses.
  • Average rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000.00.
  • Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,000.00.
  • Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $305,000.00.
  • No limit on commissions.
