Strategic Account Manager

Microsoft Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Account Team, you will be responsible for driving transformation in partnership with our most strategic customers, including Sony and Canon, with a focus on AI, Copilot, and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and digital transformation for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers at our strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage Microsoft's innovative cloud offerings and drive customer adoption.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the team, creating a partner ecosystem to drive growth and revenue.
  • Proactively solicit feedback from customers to develop targeted strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of experience in driving digital transformation and/or working in an industry such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, or Technology.
  • 6+ years of experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
  • 8+ years of experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.

What We Offer:

Microsoft Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $130,000 - $217,600 per year, with a different range applicable to specific work locations.
