Job Summary

Canteen, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in the Chicago, IL market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our presence in the office refreshment industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the office refreshment industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in new business development and sales growth
  • Strong understanding of the office refreshment market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
