Customer Engagement Manager

As a key member of our Department Management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
About Your RoleAs a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Pet Parent Engagement: You'll set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring that every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- Associate Leadership: You'll lead a team of retail and pet care associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to help your team members grow and succeed in their roles.
- Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll work closely with our store teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience. You'll analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
