Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of Arena Sports, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become well-versed in all Arena Sports offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers in person, via our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms, and through other means as needed
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit card payments
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, including serving food, beverages, and concessions
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming facility
Requirements
  • Customer Service Representatives are team players who are enthusiastic, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for all customers
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
