The Customer Service Sales Representative plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while executing various assigned tasks. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling transactions, merchandising on the sales floor, restocking inventory, managing incoming shipments, and fulfilling online orders.


Key Responsibilities:
Uphold company values in all interactions, communications, and decision-making processes.

Support store operations by assisting with inventory management, product displays, and online order fulfillment, ensuring the store remains organized and presentable; complete various operational tasks as required.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Consistently foster a positive customer experience through effective sales techniques and customer service initiatives.
Inform and enroll customers in the loyalty program and mobile application.
Utilize product knowledge and training to provide tailored recommendations to customers.
Offer solutions to customers, including product alternatives or special orders when necessary.
Prepare and package items for customer orders with precision.
Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment.
Keep the storage area clean and organized.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or warehouse settings is preferred.

Go Brands offers competitive pay based on market standards, which may vary by location. Compensation for positions in the U.S. is determined by the local cost of labor index.
