Lead the Way with Trentini

Trentini is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships, and leading a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through existing client relationships and new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
