Job Title: Sales Manager

Fort Collins Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
