Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Team: Direct and motivate our sales team to achieve sales, operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers' needs are met, sales processes are adhered to, and financing and insurance programs are sold.
- Culture and Environment: Nurture and cultivate a positive culture and work environment that aligns with our mission and values.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete and sign all retail, cash, and wholesale paperwork as required by company policy and applicable law.
- Customer Communication: Present all paperwork to buyers, explain paperwork to customers, and receive payments from customers.
- Product Promotion: Offer, explain, and promote Extended Service Contracts, GAP Paperwork/contracts, and other additional products we sell.
- Prospecting and Advertising: Develop, implement, and monitor prospecting programs, and assist in the development of advertising campaigns.
- Performance Management: Hire, motivate, challenge, counsel, develop, and monitor the performance of all sales employees.
- Training and Development: Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings, and establish a program to keep salespeople informed of new inventory.
- Inventory Appraisal: Appraise incoming used vehicles following established standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates or bachelor's in business or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years previous automotive sales experience required, 5+ years supervisor experience preferred, 3 years previous automotive sales and F&I experience preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary + Commission, Exempt: $90k-$180k annually.
