Business Growth Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Director to join our team at On Demand Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding weekly sales metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve office budget goals, source new leads, and close orders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts by closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and maintaining consistent communication.
- Team Leadership: Oversee all functions of department levels, including recruiters, account managers, administrative support, and others.
- Operations Management: Ensure accurate collection of new client information, oversee job location and requirements communication with recruiters, and meet client fill rate needs.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance, attire, and demeanor, while working in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3-5 years of B2B sales or related experience.
- Prior experience in sales as an independent producer or sales leader.
- Proven leadership competencies and excellent communication skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits and perks to support your career growth and well-being.
