Job Overview

SUMMARY: Provide essential administrative assistance to the Leasing Division.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organize and arrange meetings, including scheduling, notifying attendees, reserving meeting spaces, and coordinating refreshments and travel accommodations.
  • Prepare biweekly Time and Expense Reports for Leasing Representatives.
  • Assist with various special projects as assigned.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for leasing representatives, including transportation, flights, and lodging.
  • Compile marketing materials and packages for tenant presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the CAD team to develop lease plans.
  • Gather information and conduct data research to support pre-meeting preparations and deal presentations.
  • Organize site visits for tenants, complete with detailed itineraries.

Supervisory Responsibility: None


Education Required: An associate degree in office technology, office administration, or equivalent experience.


Experience: One to two years of experience in office technology or office administration.


Other Qualities: Maintaining confidentiality is crucial. Strong organizational abilities, self-motivation, and attention to detail are essential. Effective communication skills and a solid foundation in computer software, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are required.
