About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Toledo branch, focusing on the electrical industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing customer and vendor relationships, and attending industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue goals by ensuring profitability of sales and supervising industrial sales opportunities.
  • Provide support to the sales team, assist in resolving issues, and recommend strategies to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends to maintain profitability and recommend strategies to improve profits.
  • Develop and implement sales programs to facilitate sales and retain/grow the customer base.
  • Oversee sales team negotiations, preparations, and executions of quotations, projects, and blankets to secure orders.
  • Perform financial analysis of products and forecast sales requirements.
  • Manage communication with purchasing and sales departments.
  • Recommend price changes for new products.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.
Requirements
  • Electrical product knowledge.
  • Management experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required. 2-5 years of experience managing a sales team, with experience in the electrical field.
