General Statement of Job
The Admin Clerk represents the company and its culture through organized events and philanthropy.

The Admin Clerk is responsible for assisting with activities/ and events for employees and clients, as well as managing the company's goodwill program.

This position reports to the Internal Services Senior Manager.
Essential Job Functions

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company's goodwill and employee recognition programs, including but not limited to: awards, baby gifts, sympathy floral arrangements, and all SIS greeting cards (birthday, get well soon, holiday, new hire, thank you, etc.).
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of special events, including but not limited to event advertisement, contacting venues and vendors for pricing and availability, and on-site support for said events from small, intimate groups to large productions that include many guests.
  • Perform other related duties and special project functions as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks
  • Must posses the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, including Executives and VIPs
  • Requires computer proficiency including office programs, project management software, and social event systems
  • A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
