About the Role

Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin is seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruiting and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and hiring of caregivers, as well as coordinating business activities and office communications.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process of new caregivers, including managing incoming communications, managing client and caregiver files, and data entry into computer programs used in the office.
  • Scheduling: Develop and execute caregiver schedules, ensuring that clients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Manage all training, including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training, to ensure that caregivers have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Client and Caregiver Relations: Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the care and services provided.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including office and clerical activities, as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of supervisory or administrative experience, preferably in the home care industry.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to solve problems quickly and independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
