Become a Key Member of Our Team - Full-Time Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a committed Full-Time Scheduling Specialist to join our team at CareFor. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient daily operations of our staffing services. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment and exhibit a proactive approach to their responsibilities.

Primary Duties:

  • Efficiently coordinate schedules for clients and caregivers to align with client requirements.
  • Promptly manage any schedule modifications to reduce service interruptions.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries from caregivers and families.
  • Communicate effectively with an after-hours service for resolution of issues.
  • Engage in the recruitment and training processes for new caregivers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate strong relationships with clients and caregivers.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling is preferred.
  • Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work in our office.
