Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin is in search of a Recruiting and Scheduling Coordinator. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming communications across various channels
  • Maintain client and caregiver documentation
  • Perform data entry into office management software
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Develop and manage caregiver schedules
  • Oversee all training initiatives, including orientation and ongoing education
  • Foster relationships with clients, caregivers, and external collaborators
  • Manage a rotating schedule that includes on-call responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required
  • Utilize caregiving skills to cover shifts as needed
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or administrative role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to pass all required background checks
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in home care
