About the Role:

Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin is seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruiting and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating business activities, managing office communications, and recruiting and hiring caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications and client and caregiver files
  • Perform data entry into computer programs used in the office
  • Support and participate in the hiring process of new employees
  • Develop and execute caregiver schedules
  • Manage all training, including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
  • Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
  • Manage a rotating schedule that includes on-call evenings and weekends
  • Perform office and clerical activities as needed
  • Caregiving skillset and experience to cover last-minute shifts in any of our client's homes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory or administrative experience
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software
  • Ability to pass all background screening
  • 1+ years of Home Care experience (Preferred)
