About the Role:
Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Austin is seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruiting and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating business activities, managing office communications, and recruiting and hiring caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications and client and caregiver files
- Perform data entry into computer programs used in the office
- Support and participate in the hiring process of new employees
- Develop and execute caregiver schedules
- Manage all training, including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
- Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
- Manage a rotating schedule that includes on-call evenings and weekends
- Perform office and clerical activities as needed
- Caregiving skillset and experience to cover last-minute shifts in any of our client's homes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory or administrative experience
- Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar software
- Ability to pass all background screening
- 1+ years of Home Care experience (Preferred)
