Great Day Improvements - Sales Representative

Pre-qualified Leads / No Cold Outreach / Comprehensive Training

The Sales Representative identifies potential clients within a designated area, assessing the resources necessary to cultivate business relationships. This position formulates sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts, promoting approved products and services. The Sales Representative collaborates strategically with clients to deliver solutions tailored to their home improvement needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with clients to market exclusive products, which include pre-scheduled appointments.

· Develop proposals that align with Great Day Improvements standards and present them to clients, discussing details thoroughly.

· Connect with clients by adapting to their purchasing style, utilizing proven sales techniques and a consultative approach to effectively showcase Great Day Improvements' offerings.

· Actively pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and following up on them.

· Participate in team meetings to review departmental objectives and strategies as needed.

· Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish annual sales targets and strive to achieve them.

· Maintain professionalism consistently while on duty.

· Address any sales representative errors or management-held deals.

· Remain available to pursue leads that can be assigned on the same day.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

· High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

· Valid Driver's License with a driving record acceptable to the insurance provider.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to both internal and external clients.

· Proficient in building relationships with clients.

· Excellent time management abilities.

· Capability to lift 40lbs.
