The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential clients within a designated area, assessing the necessary resources to cultivate business relationships. This position formulates sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts, marketing approved products and services. The Sales Representative collaborates strategically with clients to deliver solutions tailored to their home improvement needs.

Key Responsibilities
· Engage with clients to market exclusive products, including pre-scheduled appointments.
· Develop proposals in line with company standards and present them to clients, reviewing details thoroughly.
· Connect with clients by adapting to their purchasing style, utilizing proven sales techniques and a consultative approach to effectively showcase our home improvement solutions.
· Actively pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and following up diligently.
· Participate in team meetings to discuss departmental objectives and strategies as needed.
· Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish annual sales targets and work towards achieving them.
· Maintain professionalism consistently while on duty.
· Address any sales representative errors or management-held deals promptly.
· Remain available to pursue leads that can be assigned on the same day.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
· High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
· Valid Driver's License with a driving record acceptable to the insurance provider.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to both internal and external clients.
· Proficient in building relationships with clients.
· Excellent time management abilities.
· Capability to lift 40lbs.
