We are currently seeking a talented Solutions Center Representative for a significant opportunity. This role offers a chance to engage with clients and support their needs effectively.

Position Overview:

This position involves responding to inquiries from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on various topics. The representative will need to have a solid understanding of the product offerings, including both current and discontinued items that still require support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Interpret and apply changes to products based on daily updates.
  • Identify underlying client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Document interactions to enhance client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Educate clients on product features, tax implications, and benefits.
  • Analyze issues to determine the best course of action for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated concerns.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with leadership to discuss career development.
  • Set personal goals to foster success in the role.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant industry designations and licenses are advantageous.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Familiarity with various insurance products and sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using computers and standard office software.
  • Ability to leverage technology to enhance client interactions.
