  • Share technical knowledge and mentor less experienced team members to foster growth.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Support the design and development of business-configurable tools to assist operational partners.

Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Director/AVP.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering initiatives and conducting customer research to develop value-driven solutions is essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-centric principles is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies: A strong understanding of the insurance industry, agile planning practices, and customer design principles is necessary. The ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and communicate findings effectively is crucial. Strong business process design skills and the capacity to manage complex tasks across various subject areas are also required.
