Position Overview: As a Specialist in Business Technology Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our CRM Engagement Solutions Team, which is part of Shared Business Solutions (SBS). This position focuses on Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, where you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user requirements, document business needs, validate assumptions, and evaluate potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with User Experience teams to develop prototypes and lead proof of concepts.
  • Provide insights to the Business Capability Owner to assist in prioritizing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough current and future state process analyses to enhance business operations.
  • Regularly review KPIs to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer behaviors to drive innovation.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to mentor and train less experienced team members.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and iteration planning.
  • Execute design and development tasks on business-configurable tools as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in delivering initiatives and conducting customer research.
  • Experience in an agile environment and familiarity with product-centric principles.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions: This position is based in a standard office environment and is classified as exempt from overtime eligibility.
