About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Call Center Specialist to join our team at Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. in Phoenix. As a Call Center Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing patient care by monitoring referrals and connecting them to relevant healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls from patients and families
  • Document interactions while maintaining confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Provide patient information to Mobile Assessors
