Mortgage Customer Service Representative (CSR Team)

Position Type: On-site Role | Schedule: Monday to Friday | Compensation: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry is essential

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using computers and common software applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.)

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Function as a customer success advocate in a call center environment
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound calls or texts from existing customers promptly
  • Manage routine inquiries via calls, emails, and/or chat with internal staff, clients, and authorized third parties
