About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative at TEKsystems, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling inbound calls and follow-up calls with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and follow-up calls with customers, answering questions and resolving issues related to prior authorization, general questions, and confidential information.
• Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues.
• Provide great customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of call center experience, with a strong background in customer service and problem-solving.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work.
