Chemical Industry Customer Success Professional

We serve the world's largest petrochemical, refining, and manufacturing companies. Our patented technology and Knowledge Automation platform improve field operations for industrial manufacturers, reducing downtime, boosting productivity, and accelerating onboarding.
The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with our Customer Success team to support customers transitioning from sales prospects to active users of our products; focused on customer loyalty and building long-term client relationships. The role involves onboarding new customers, ensuring they maximize value from Voovio by collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Production teams. Key locations include Louisiana or surrounding regions with regular travel to customer sites.
Key qualifications: 2+ years of manufacturing or process industry experience, computer literacy, valid US passport, legal status to work in the U.S., a vehicle, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. Responsibilities include interacting with existing customers, understanding customer challenges, designing training sessions, documenting operator performance, assisting operations teams, establishing long-term relationships, ensuring fast issue responses, supporting IT challenges, collecting feedback, integrating Voovio into customer systems, creating customer resources, liaising with Sales & Operations teams, and staying up-to-date with product features. Ideal candidates have refinery or chemical plant experience, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, software proficiency, teamwork ability, a drive to listen, remote working capability, self-motivation, high ethical standards, and attention to detail.
